Terms and Conditions / Refund Policy
- The person(s) responsible for making the booking must be aged 18+
- Booking deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE if the booking is cancelled within 2 weeks of the party date. This is due to loss of business as we don't take any more bookings for the particular entertainer at that time on that date.
Deposits are refundable under following conditions only:
- We are unable to supply the requested performer and you would like to cancel.
- The booking is cancelled outside of the 2 weeks prior to the date of the party.
- The entertainer didn't turn up.
- Our entertainers (female/male strippers, waitresses/waiters, and models) will require a clean and safe area to get changed before and after the show. They will also require a clean and safe area for their performance (striptease, waitressing/waitering, and modeling).
- Payment is to be made in full prior to the performance either by Credit Card or Cash.
- Cameras, video cameras, and mobile phones are not permitted to be used during a performance, unless specifically agreed by the entertainer prior to their performance. If the entertainer declines the request to record the performance in anyway, please respect this decision. Many of our employees have professional careers outside of this industry.
- Disrepecting our entertainers by any of, but not limited too the following, is not acceptable: unallowed record and/or photography, yelling insults, throwing objects, uninvited touching, univited smacking, flicking of garments, pouring drinks over, and any other unsafe situations. The entertainer reserves the right to cancel the performance at any time if they are disrespected in any manner. A REFUND WILL NOT BE GIVEN.
- If an entertainer chooses to allow audience participation through their show, you may only touch the entertainer as directed and invited by them. Inappropriate or univited touching will cause the show to be cancelled at the discretion of the entertainer. A REFUND WILL NOT BE GIVEN.
- Please understand that failure to comply with any of the above rules will result in the show being cancelled at the discretion of the entertainer and/or Perth Stripper management. A REFUND WILL NOT BE GIVEN. Please make sure you and your guests understand the seriousness of these rules and that further action may be taken with the law if these rules are breached.
- Perfomance lengths are approximate only and will depend on variables such as but not limited to the following: the individual performer, costume used, and the size of the venue / performance area.
